By creating an account or posting artwork through this application, you agree to the following terms:

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or pin sketches in this application.
• Sketches you pin go either to your own private wall, which only you can see, or to a group wall, which only members of that group can see. There is no public wall.
• You are solely responsible for any artwork, images, or content that you create and share through the application.
• You may not post, share, or distribute any obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content, including inside private groups.
• Group creators are responsible for who they invite. Anyone with a valid invite link or code can join that group and see the sketches pinned to it.
• The application reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice, and group members may report sketches for review.
• Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or permanently terminated at the sole discretion of the application administrators.
• By pinning artwork, you grant the application permission to store and display your content to you and, for group walls, to the members of that group.

By using this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
